Meet your Mentor

Paul Hanrahan is a senior colorist and educator with over 30 years of experience spanning South Africa and Taiwan. His portfolio includes feature films, TV commercials, music videos, and large-scale HDR/VR projects.

 

A Dolby Vision-certified expert and full member of the Colorist Society International, Paul brings both deep technical precision and a rich artistic sensibility to his craft. Paul is also a visual artist, exploring sculpture, photography, and projection-based work inspired by light, perception, and mathematical patterns—bringing a uniquely multidisciplinary lens to everything he teaches.
